Terms & Conditions – pakbat Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pakbat platform (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and all applicable policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and pakbat ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

Use of the pakbat Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Access to the Platform by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited. Age verification is mandatory at registration via CNIC. The Company reserves the right to request additional proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial use. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be prohibited from using online gambling services under any applicable law in the jurisdiction in which you are located. It is solely your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of the Company or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the Platform.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not comply.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money features of the pakbat Platform, you must register and maintain a user account. The following terms apply to your account:

• One Account Per Person: Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Operating multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of balances and permanent account closure without notice.
• Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at registration and keep that information current. Providing false information, including false date of birth, constitutes fraud and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify pakbat immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. pakbat will never ask for your password.
• KYC Verification: The Company may require you to submit identity documents (CNIC, proof of address, payment method verification) as part of its Know Your Customer obligations. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
• Account Currency: All pakbat accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Transactions conducted in other currencies may be subject to conversion at prevailing rates.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pakbat supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The following terms apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 200. The Company reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. Deposits using third-party payment methods, credit obtained from third parties, or funds associated with illegal activity are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal Processing: pakbat aims to process withdrawal requests within one to four business hours. Processing times may vary during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification. The Company accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. An administrative fee may be applied to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Users will be notified before any fee is deducted.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal in respect of a deposit constitutes a breach of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend your account and refer the matter to relevant authorities upon detection of any chargeback.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the pakbat Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or event-specific rules displayed on the relevant betting markets:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted and valid once you have received an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets that have not received confirmation are not valid.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time of acceptance, not those displayed at the time you began the bet placement process.
• Palpable Errors: pakbat reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error (including pricing errors, technical faults, or manifest mistakes). In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your account balance.
• Abandoned Events: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or materially altered from its originally scheduled format, the Company's event-specific rules will determine settlement. Generally, bets on abandoned events are voided and stakes returned unless settlement is otherwise specified in the relevant rules.
• Maximum Winnings: The Company reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets or markets. These limits are displayed in the relevant market rules and may be updated from time to time.
• Bet Finality: Once placed and confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the User except where a cash-out option is offered and actively exercised before the relevant event concludes.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pakbat may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All promotions are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions which will be published alongside the relevant offer. In case of conflict between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
• Promotions are available to eligible registered users only. The Company reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds and free bets may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Abuse of promotions — including creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or engaging in coordinated betting strategies to exploit offers — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, and may result in account closure.
• pakbat reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pakbat Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software to access, interact with, or manipulate the Platform or any of its betting markets.
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds related to criminal activity. pakbat cooperates fully with all anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Exploiting technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors may be voided.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pakbat staff or other users through any channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pakbat Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of pakbat or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the pakbat Platform without prior written consent from the Company.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakbat, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pakbat makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may affect Platform availability. The Company will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance windows.

In no event shall the Company's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

pakbat is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all users. The following responsible gaming provisions form an integral part of these Terms:

• Age Restriction: Use of the Platform is strictly limited to persons aged 18 and above. Any user found to be under 18 will have their account immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment source.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time through the account settings panel or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. During any self-exclusion period, the user will be blocked from accessing real-money features of the Platform.
• Deposit and Loss Limits: Users may set voluntary deposit limits and loss limits from the account settings. These limits are designed to help users manage their gambling behaviour and take effect immediately upon being set.
• Gambling Harm Resources: If you believe your gambling is causing harm, please seek assistance from Gamblers Anonymous Pakistan, the Umang Helpline, or BeGambleAware. These organisations provide confidential support.

11. Termination

pakbat reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; failure to complete KYC verification; or at the Company's sole discretion where continued account operation is deemed contrary to the Company's obligations under applicable law or regulation.

Upon termination, any valid balance in your account (after deducting any amounts subject to pending investigation) will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and promotional funds will be forfeited upon termination for cause.

You may close your account at any time by submitting a request through the account settings panel or by contacting [email protected]. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have already arisen prior to the closure date.

12. Amendments to These Terms

pakbat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, pakbat will endeavour to provide advance notice via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Company's jurisdiction of incorporation. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or declaratory relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.
